Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below.
By using the site you agree to accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, you may choose not to use this site or contact us to ask for further information. A contract between Snowboards4u.co.uk and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received.

LIABILITY STATEMENT:
Extreme sports can be hazardous.Snowboards4u advises that anyone participating in extreme sports should wear the correct protective equipment. It is the individual's OWN responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of the items sold, built or repaired snowboards4u its Directors, employees or other representatives.

Our Adverts and Web site descriptions, images and colours are subject to change and are for illustrative purposes only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative. Please note that many snowboards carry different colours/graphics depending on size.
Some of our web pages may use external links. In these cases we cannot be held responsible for the content of these external sites. Snowboards4u does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products, services, or information described or offered on these Internet sites.

DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF THE GOODS:
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices and / or special offer details at our own discretion.

In addition to the item price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

We set the same initial prices across the snowboards4u shop, adverts and internet. However, over time prices may vary due to special offers and promotions being run. From time to time we may alter the pricing online so that the prices are lower than in the current adverts or in store.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:
If you need to cancel your order before it's been sent out, please call 01590 610466 before 12.00pm on the day you order, or if you order after 6pm, call us before 12pm the following day.
If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return the goods for a refund or replacement. Please see our Returns policy for further info.
MAKING A PURCHASE:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use Quick search to find what you need and add ('add to cart') any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Cart' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron
We use HSBC as our secure payment service provider.

We can also process Credit cards if you want to make a Mail order , but the safest and easiest way is direct through the website.

Please note that when purchasing heavy items, large items or a large group of items (i.e. Snowboards, Bindings, Boots, Combination Of Jackets & Trousers etc.) to make certain someone will be at your stated delivery address, Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm, otherwise this will result in us contacting you and having to charge you a second delivery cost.

A confirmation of order will be sent to you via email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Due to the nature of our business, stock availability cannot be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 2 working days (*deliveries to Islands, Highlands, Ireland & N. Ireland may take longer.) Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping.

Orders will be shipped to reach you within 4 working days and must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address. Orders received after 12pm will be processed on the next working day, (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.) so long as all stock items are available. .

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your order, we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods, less any expenses incurred for failed delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
