Delivery, returns & cancellations
Outside the UK we are happy to ship to all countries in the European Union, but if you are outside the EU, please contact us for a delivery price before ordering as the physical size of the parcel has a major effect on the price. For example, a snowboard is going to be more expensive when wrapped, than a pair of bindings and a Snowboard package (board,boots,bindings and a bag ) is heavier and bigger than just a snowboard, so if in doubt, please send an email and we will advise you of the correct costs.
We've chosen UPS to be our main carrier. The delivery cost includes insurance whilst in transit and deliveries will usually arrive in 48hrs, although we DO NOT guarantee this. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and some parts of Scotland, may take an extra day.
48 hour delivery is from the date of despatch not the date of ordering. Payment for goods will be taken up to 24 hours prior to despatching the goods.
Goods purchased over a weekend or bank holidays may take slightly longer to process.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with parcels requiring a signature. If there is normally no one at home, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery.
A signature is required on all UPS and Royal Mail deliveries.

Orders value £101 - £200 = £7.50 (sent via UKmail)
Orders value £201 - £300 =£12.50 (sent via UKmail)
Orders value £301+ = FREE
Delivery Charges to the Channel Islands, N.Ireland & Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Orders value up to £100 =£5.00 (sent via Royal Mail )
Orders value £101 - £300 = £12.50
Orders value £301 + = £17.50
Next day delivery
If you really need guaranteed next day delivery please email us on email@example.com, before placing your order. Please specify that you really, really have to have a next day delivery and our staff will confirm by return email, whether this is possible and any additional costs that will be charged.
Orders received before 12 noon will be sent out, on the same day (please see note above about emailing us).
Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday! (NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES.)
Deliveries in the Pre-Christmas /New year period
Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders taken after 15th December due to the busy Christmas and New year periods, all though we will make every effort to fulfil all orders within our normal time scale.
Cancellation of orders
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order at any point within 14 working days from the date you placed the order.
To cancel an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number (this will be shown on your confirmation email) and your instruction to cancel.
If we have already dispatched your goods then you must return the items without unpacking them as soon as possible to the returns address at your own expense.
Once we have received the goods, or if they were not dispatched and we have received notification to cancel, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods.
If you cancel your order and we do not receive the items back from you then we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount which is to be re-credited to you.
snowboards4u.co.uk reserve the right to cancel the contract with our customers if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, if the goods ordered were incorrectly priced due to information received from our suppliers or any typographical error in the update of the site.
If we cancel the contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible and in case within 30 days of your order. We will not be required to provide any additional compensation.
Your satisfaction with what you have ordered is very important to us and we hope that you will be delighted with the products we deliver, however If for any reason you wish to return your purchase we offer a full refund (excluding the delivery charge) or an exchange provided that you return the unused items to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days.
Goods must be suitably packaged for postage, and must be unmarked and with all labels and tags in place.
We will not accept any returned goods that are sent C.O.D.
If you wish to return an item to us, you must first obtain a returns number – you can do this by emailing us at email@example.com - we will not accept any returned items without this prior authorization. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package that you send back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package.
Proof of Postage/Delivery
Please keep proof of return; by using a reputable carrier, or the Royal Mail Post Office ( signed for services )you will have proof of delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received the items in unused condition, the cost of the items will be re-credited to the payment-card account used, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Faulty items or incorrect deliveries
Items supplied by snowboards4u are from official sources within the UK and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If you feel that an item has failed prematurely, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to health and safety regulation, we request all used clothing be washed before returning it back to us and boots and shoes should be clean and mud free.
Failure to do this, will mean that we will be unable to inspect the goods and have to return them back to you.
If you're returning something to snowboards4u because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Also, we won't charge you for postage on any replacement goods.
We recommend using recorded delivery or registered post to return any items to cover yourself against loss.
